UK Standard Delivery
Orders to a UK based address are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. This delivery can take 2 – 5 working days - however this can sometimes vary and take a little longer. Unfortunately, unforeseen problems such as postal strikes and weather conditions can affect the delivery time and therefore we advise recipients to allow 15 days for UK orders.
UK Tracked Delivery
These orders will be issued with a tracking number which will allow you to track the progress of your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Next Day UK Delivery
If you order before 3pm (Monday – Thursday) you will receive your order next day as we aim to despatch goods on the day the order is received. Please note: If your order is placed on Friday you will receive your parcel on the Monday.
Q. What do I do if my order does not arrive?
We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time however, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control.

Q. My parcel is lost, what can I do?
An order is not classified as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. This allows 15 days for the item(s) to be returned to sender. Q. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
When preparing an order to dispatch we always do what we can to ensure the product(s) is/are safely packaged. Two members of our team check your order before it leaves our warehouse, however on the rare occasion it is unfortunate that products are sometimes damaged during transit. This is very rare and due to factors outside of our control. If this happens you would be required to send the faulty item back to us before we can despatch a replacement.
Q. What do I do if items are missing from my order?
When preparing your order for dispatch we take particular care in ensuring all of your purchased items are picked, packed and checked by two members of MeMeMe staff. In every parcel a copy of the dispatch note is included and is signed by two individuals who have carefully checked the list against the contents.
